Steps

Assemble ingredients. In a mixing bowl take sattu flour, add salt + ginger paste + red chilli powder + Turmeric powder + chopped Onion + mustard oil and mix well.
Check whether Sattu is binding or not, if not then 2-3 tbsp water can be added. - 2
Knead Wheat flour with sufficient water by adding salt + carom seeds + oil. Knead a semi-soft dough.

Then pinch medium size ball from dough and make small bowl type, place around 2 tbsp sattu mix filling in the middle and seal properly by pulling the edges. (refer pic 👇👇)

Then slightly flatten the sealed ball with palm and then roll out a medium size round shape Paratha with help of rolling pin.

Heat tawa, place the paratha, drizzle oil all around and roast / cook Paratha till golden brown, flip and roast / cook the other side too.
Paratha is done. - 6
Serve with pickle or Chutney. I served with Tomato chutney.
