Wash your chicken and dried fish

Add choped onion

Add 1 cube of maggi

1/2 litter of water

Cook for 30 minutes

Add 1 spoon of red oil and heat for 1 minute

Add your choped onion and heat for 1 minute

Add ogbolo,heat and stire 1 minute

Add 2 glasses of water, stire and heat for 3-5 minutes

Add another 2 glasses of water, stire and heat for 5-10 minutes. stire at interval to aviod burning

Add chicken and fish source, cook for 15 - 20 minutes. stire at intervals

Add chilli and 1 more cube of maggi. salt to your teste, cook for 5 minutes

Add your bitter leave or any other leave you want, stire and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add 1 glass of water to pot and warm the water

Dessolve 400 - 500g of wheat flour in the warm water untill every thing is well desolved

While still on heater or gas stire untill it solidifies.
