Firstin food processor add all nuts to finally chopped

When all dry nuts and figs and dates chopped keep it out in a bowl..

Heat a pan add 1 tbsp ghee..when ghee melted add chopped nuts dates and anjeer mixture.saute it first mixture start melting but after 5-7 minutes it becomes dry and dough like consistency

Switch off the flame..let it cool now keep it out in plastic cling or perchament paper and roll it tightly.. sealed both sides with rubber and keep these roll in fridge for 30 minutes.

Keep it out from fridge and open it from wrap..cut it in rings..your dry fruits anjeer rolls are ready to eat..no fuss not much time..and healthy easy recipe is ready..these anjeer rolls can eat any time..in fasting or as without fast..
