Steps

Peel and grate the carrots.

In a large kadai /pan add carrots

Add full cream milk.

Simmer until the carrots are cooked through.

Add sugar and cook until milk is evaporated.

Add cream or khoya.

Stir and cook until oil separates.

Add in the dry fruits.

Mix and cook for another few minutes.

Add ghee and elachi powder, switch the flame off.

Decorate as desired.
