There are lots of variety of snacks ,I love to eat aloo bhujjia with evening tea .My kids too like this snack very much .I tried it first time and it came out pretty well and tasty too.So sharing this recipe .

There are lots of variety of snacks ,I love to eat aloo bhujjia with evening tea .My kids too like this snack very much .I tried it first time and it came out pretty well and tasty too.So sharing this recipe .

Boil potatoes and peel it and allow it to cool.

Take besan and rice flour in a mixing bowl.

Grind cumin seeds,curry leaves and boiled and chopped potatoes together to make smooth paste.

Add carom seeds and this potatoes paste to the besan and mix well. Add salt to taste.Add lemon juice and mix well. Add little water if required to make soft dough.

Heat oil in frying pan.put the dough in muruku machine and put in oil like big muruku or sev. Deep fry till golden colour comes.Fry it in medium flame only.

Remove the muruku from oil on tissue paper and allow it to cool.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough.

Store them in dry air tight container.
