First of all Take sugar and water and make sugar syrup of it. Add cardamom powder in it.

Take a kadhai.Add ghee in it.when ghee comes hot add semolina in it. Roast the semolina in medium flame.Till it becomes pink.add gram flour in it and roast it.

When semolina becomes pink add sugar syrup in it.

When Halwa becomes thick add raisins and almonds in it.

Semolina halwa is ready and serve it hot.👌👌
