Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated.

Prepare the garlic spread and spread it on the bread.

Place the cooked chicken on top of the garlic spread, add pickles and French fries, roll up the sandwich tightly, press it on a grill or skillet until golden, and serve.
