  • 1 kgnyama, water and salt. red chillies (optional)

    Wash the nyama thoroughly, in a big pot, put the nyama, add enough water,cover it and leave it to cook for an hour, when almost ready, put the red chillies when whole, cover it again. it's best served with ugali
