Steps

First wheat flour and salt mix it and make a soft dough with water.

Take a pan add oil one tbsp

Add jeera potato red chilli powder salt amchur powder chat masala coriander leaves mix well.

Now take a ball from wheat flour dough and add filling make a paratha.

Heat tawa and roast paratha both sides and shallo fry with ghee.

Serve with curd or sauce.
