Ingredients

  1. 1 sheetpuff pastry
  2. 1 1/4 cupsheavy cream (about 300 ml)
  3. 3eggs
  4. piecesBacon
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Shredded Swiss cheese
  7. Nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out the puff pastry and spread the bacon pieces and shredded cheese evenly over it.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.

  3. 3

    Pour the egg and cream mixture over the pastry.

  4. 4

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
