Ingredients

  1. 6small gavthi mangoes
  2. 1 cupfresh grated coconut
  3. 3kashmiri chillies
  4. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1/4 tspFenugreek seeds
  6. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  7. 1/8 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 2 tspoon oil
  9. 5-6curry leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 tablespoonjaggery

    Take all the ingredients together.

    Wash and wipe mangoes.Remove skin.Slightly squeeze juice pressing by hand.

    In a pan dry roast mustard seeds.Keep aside.In a grinder add chillies, coconut, turmeric and salt.Make paste by adding water.coarsely grind mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.

    Heat a pan, add oil, asafoetida and curry leaves.Add mangoes
    Saute for five minutes.Add water jaggery and grounded masala.Mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds powder.

    Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes.Our tasty tasty sasav is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
