Ingredients

  1. 2 2/3 cupsheavy cream (about 625 grams)
  2. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  3. 1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
  4. 2 1/2 teaspoonssheet gelatin (about 6.5 grams)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10-15 minutes.

  2. 2

In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.

  3. 3

Heat over low heat until the cream is just about to boil, then remove from heat.

  4. 4

Once the gelatin has softened, add it to the hot cream without squeezing out too much water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth with no lumps. Pour the mixture into your molds—any shape will work.

  5. 5

After filling the molds, refrigerate the panna cotta for at least 5 hours until set. To unmold, briefly dip the molds in hot water, then invert onto a serving plate. Decorate or serve with Nutella, and enjoy!
