Peel, core and chop peaches, apple and onion.

Put chopped peaches, apple and onion in pan.

Add all spices and sugar.mix put pan on fire and cook at slow flame till peaches and apple get soft.

Mixture will be of marmalade consistency.

Off the gas. Add vinegar mix.

Store in container and serve anytime.good with bread and paratha.
