Heat pan add oil.Then quickly stir fry beef until color changes.Then remove and set aside.

In same pan add oil and stir fry garlic until golden brown.Add in ampalaya mix then add a little water and cover to simmer.

When ampalaya are half cook put back beef and add soy sauce.Simmer for a while until fully cooked.
