In a bowl add paneer pieces. To this add green chillies ginger garlic paste, all powdered masala, salt to taste, gram flour and corn flour, carrom seeds. Mix all ingredients well and sprinkle water if needed. Masala should coat over paneer peices.

Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop the marinated paneer pieces into oil one by one and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve Hot as starter with mint chutney or as side dish with Rice.
