Once cooked, mix it with a combination of vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Adjust the taste to be slightly sweet, sour, and salty, then mix it into the rice.

Boil the green beans and carrots. Fry the sausage. Fry the eggs.

Lay out a bamboo mat and spread a sheet of seaweed on it. Evenly spread the rice over the seaweed, then add your choice of filling in the center and roll it up. Cut into slices.
