Mixed Vegetable in cream sauce
A simple vegetable creamy sauce for the daily meal

Slice the vegetables as your wish.
I love to slice the carrot into thin ring size, mushroom into 4, zucchini into cubes, paprika into cubes, tomato into 8 and chop the white onions - 2
If you want to have rice to accompany this meal, you may first cook the rice first.
Rinse 250 gr rice twice and remove the water.
Add 500 ml water into it.
Bring the rice into boil and reduce the heat into small.
Let it cook until the water is dried.
Switch off the heat and cover the pot.
Let the rice steam by its heat - 3
While that, i prefer to stir fried the mushroom first and keep it aside.

In a pot, heat the cooking oil.
Add the chopped onion and stir it well. Reduce the heat.
Add the tomato paste and paprika powder. Stir it a moment until the color is a bit darker.
Add water - 300 ml. Bring it to boil - 5
Add some seasonings. Salt and pepper and some chicken powder (optional)

Add all vegetables into the pot except the cooked mushroom.

Let it boil/ cook it for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables is al-dente.

Add the mushroom and cooking cream.
Give a taste and adjust accordingly. - 9
Add thickening agent to the cream sauce if it is needed
