Heat the milk Heat ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits in it
Now remove dryfruits and add vermicelli to it and fry it for 1-2 minutes
Let it cook for 5-6 minutes - 2
Now we will add sugar cardamom powder and dry fruits in it
Now everything gets mixed well and kheer starts to thicken, then prepare kheer - 3
Now when it cools down, keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours and serve it cold.
