Firstly, trim away both the ends and wash the baby corns well.

In a pan add water and salt and when it starts boiling add the baby corns in the boiling water and let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove the baby corns and allow it to cool and dry completely.

Now to prepare the marinade mixture, in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above under the heading “For Marinade” and mix until well combined.

Add the baby corns and coat it well with the marinade mixture. Cover with cling wrap and let it freeze for 15 minutes.

Insert a toothpick in each marinated baby corn.

Heat a non-stick pan. Add oil and brush the entire surface of the pan with oil. Place the marinated baby corns on the hot pan and let it cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes, flipping and cooking until golden brown on all sides. Remove in a serving plate.

Now our very delicious and tasty Baby Corn Tikka is ready for serve. Serve it hot with your favorite dip.
