Foxtail millet has lots of benefits. This millet is rich in Vitamin B12 which is essential for maintaining a healthy heart, good for skin and hair growth too. This millet helps in the weight reduction.
Here, I have prepared Foxtail millet uttapam along with yellow moong dal and veggie and masala. It's yummy and goes well with green mango chutney.

Here, I have prepared Foxtail millet uttapam along with yellow moong dal and veggie and masala. It's yummy and goes well with green mango chutney.

Mix foxtail millet, moong daal in a bowl and wash 3 to 4 times to remove dirt. Add methi dana and soak with enough water for 4 hours.

Soak chuda/ flattered rice for 30 minutes after washing.

Mix chuda with millet, moong dal and methi. Grind to a fine batter. Allow to ferment for 4 hours.

Chop them veggies. Mix the masala with the veggies. Mix salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder with the fermented batter.
Grease the pan/tawa. Spread the batter. Press the veggies with masala white sesame, chana. Cover and cook both the sides of medium to low flame.

Serve hot masala pancakes with raw mangoes chutney. Thanks.
