Ingredients

20 minutes
3 Serves
  • 500 mlcow milk
  • 1/4 cupSabudana
  • 500 mlwater, to boil sabudana
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspalmond cashew chunks
  • 1/4 tspCardamom Powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take sabudana in a pan,
    Wash twice.
    Boil the water,add sabudana and boil till it gets translucent,then strain the water.
    in the meantime, roast the nuts in little ghee,keep aside.

    Now add milk in a pan and boil it.
    Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves.
    Now add drained sabudana in the milk,stir continuously.
    Add roasted nuts and boil till milk reduces a little.

    Lastly,add cardamom powder.
    Give 1 boil then switch off the flame.
    Let it cool down at room temperature then put it in the fridge to chill.
    Transfer in the bowl and Serve.
    Yummy sabudana kheer is ready.Enjoy..
