✅ Easysimplesnacks for Kids

Dal is full of proteins. When sprouted, moong proteins break down naturally to amino acids, which are easy to digest and give instant energy to us. Kids as well as adults should be encouraged to have sprouts and fruit salad.

I have prepared a salad with fruits and green moong dal sprouts.
