In mixer jar take sprouted moong then add green chillies and Ginger pieces also add garlic cloves, ragi flour and rice flour.

Add water and grind it finely. See the consistency consistency is like neer dosa. Now take a non-stick pan on medium flame and then spread our dosa batter. Keep your dosa on Pan up to dosa become crispy.

Now now we are preparing our chutney for that take a mixer jar and again add roasted chana dry coconut green chilli Ginger sugar and salt also add coriander.grind it

See the consistency of your chutney then make a tadka with the help of mustard seeds asophodia then add salt and sugar as per test and your chutney is ready serve your chutney with crispy dosa.
