On May 1,wash the kachushak well and then cut into small pieces.Then boil the kachu shak with salt.

Then put oil in the pan.When the oil is hot add panchforan.Then add turmeric powder and salt to the kachushak. Cover it with a lid when you see that the water of the kachushak has dried up stir it with green chillies and ginger paste. Ginger mix kachushak ghonto is ready.

Ginger mix kachu shak ghonto serve with rice.
