Methi Vadi
Steps

Mix methi leaves, besan, turmeric, red chili powder, jeera coriander powder, hing and salt to taste. Add water gradually to form a dough.

Shape the dough into rolls, cover with some sesame seeds and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or till gets cooked.

Cut the rolls in the shape of small vadis.
- 4
Add oil to a frying pan along with mustard and jeera and let crackle. Add some hing and shallow fry the vadis.

Fry them until nice golden brown and serve hot along with some green chutney. Enjoy ✨
