Keep all ingredients in plate wash bhindi,wipe it and cut in to long shapes,then wash capsicum and cut in to small pieces. Heat a Kadhai,add oil,mustard seeds and cumin seeds,when it cracked add onion and green chilies,soute it.

Then add bhindi and stir it for one minute,then add chopped capsicum and stir it nicely, soute for one minute.

Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,chilli powder,garam masala crushed peanut and mix it well add salt and mix it last add lemon juice and turn off heat.ready your bhindi capsicum masala garnish with coriander,serve it with roti or chapati
