I made healthy and nutritional rice with colorful capsicum and paneer here. Capsicum, paneer and rice together make a delicious dish.
Capsicum is rich in Vitamin-A and Vitamin-C which keeps the eyes healthy and makes the skin glow. Along with this, cheese is rich in protein and calcium which strengthens the bones.
The flavor of this dish is made from onion, garlic and ginger chili paste. Babycorns are also added. So let's make this delicious and healthy dish.

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1/2 cupBasmati rice
  2. 1Chopped green capsicum
  3. 1Chopped red capsicum
  4. 1Chopped yellow capsicum
  5. 1/4 cupPieces of babycorn
  6. Small pieces of cheese
  7. 1/2 cupChopped onion
  8. 5-6Minced garlic
  9. 1 tbspGinger chili paste
  10. 1 tbspGhee
  11. 1 tbspOil
  12. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  13. according to taste Salt
  14. 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  15. 1/2 tspGreen Chili Sauce
  16. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  17. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  18. as required Coriander

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the rice with clean water and cook the soaked rice for one hour. Add 1/4 teaspoon of oil while cooking to keep the rice grains loose.

    Heat oil and ghee in a pan and saute cumin, onion and garlic till they turn light pink in color.

    Now add ginger-chilli paste to it. Then add small pieces of paneer to it and mix everything properly.

    Now add capsicum pieces of all colors and babycorn pieces.

    Then add soya sauce and green chili sauce to it. Add pepper powder, chaat masala and salt according to taste and mix everything properly.

    Now add half cooked rice to it and again mix everything properly.

    This rice can be served garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
