Steps

Take all the needed ingredients. Wash rice and urud dal separately and soak around 5hrs.

Then transfered to a mixer jar and add few amount of water as per needed,grindl nicely and the consistency should be thick.

Pour the batter to a bowl and add sliced onion,chilli and all other ingredients,mix well.

In a hot pan, add oil for fry,once it hot,take small amount of batter and put in a hot oil and deep fry it. It's crispy and tasty.

That's all. Our Rice Vada is ready to serve.
