Mixed spice and Brown sugar Churros

Indulge in these crispy, golden churros that pack a punch of flavor! Against all culinary odds, I infused them with a warm aromatic blend of mixed spices for a perfect balance of sweet and spice. To make them even more irresistible, I served them with a rich, creamy Nutella dip (pretty much just Nutella softened a little with warm milk).

Indulge in these crispy, golden churros that pack a punch of flavor! Against all culinary odds, I infused them with a warm aromatic blend of mixed spices for a perfect balance of sweet and spice. Mix water, sugar, salt, and oil in a small pot. Boil over medium heat and remove from the heat

Stir in the flour until mixture forms a ball

Heat oil in a shallow pot until a wooden spoon dipped in sizzles

Transfer dough into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip/nozzle
- 5
Carefully pipe a few strips of dough into the hot oil to fry until golden
- 6
Transfer churros onto paper towels to drain. Combine the coating sugar and spice and roll churros in the mixture
