Take all the needed ingredients.

In a mixer jar,add all the grinding ingredients which you mentioned,grind nicely.

In a hot pan add oil,then diced onions,saute. Then cowpea beans,saute. Then add,diced beetroot and ginger garlic paste,mix well until raw smell goes off. Then add all spice powders mix well.

Now add tomato pure and cook. Then add the grinded paste. Also,add 200ml of water,salt. Bring it to boil.

Then cover and cook for 15mts. Once the beetroot and beans cooked well,check salt level and sprinkle coriander leaves.

Thatsall. Its a healthy recipe and goes well with chappathi.
