First of all, prepare everything. Cut the onion in long slice.and fry it till brown. add curd and cashew nuts,melon seeds with brown friend onion add to the grinding jar and grind it to make birasto paste.to make puree add Tomato, ginger, chili, garlic in grinding Jar and grind it finely. keep it aside.

Now fry the paneer. Add water as shown in masala (except garam masala and salt) and make a paste. Heat the clay pot on gas.

After heating, heat the oil and butter, add the cumin seeds and then add the khada masala and saute. Then add tomato puree and spice paste. After the oil separates, add Birasto and add necessary water. Let it simmer for few seconds.

Then add kasoori methi and kitchen king masala, salt, then add paneer and cream and mix everything. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies slits and cover it with a few seconds. The aroma will settle. When the paneer becomes soft, take it off. The Handi paneer korma made in clay pot is ready.
