Today I have made a healthy tasty high protein breakfast recipe. Moong dal dosa. It's very easy to make.
Steps

Wash and soak the moong dal, masoor dal, rice, red chilli for 6-7 hours. After 7 hours drain all water.

Take a grinder jar add soaked dals, rice, red chillies, green chillies, ginger piece, salt, turmeric powder and grind into a smooth batter along with little water. Dosa batter is ready.

Heat nonstick tawa grease with little oil and pour a ladder of dosa batter and spread with back side of the ladder in circular motion to form a dosa. Add oil to the side of the round dosa, keep it for about 2-3 minutes, cook them till it's crisp. Now flip it and cook another side too. Take out in a plate. Dosa is ready.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
