Make a dough for kulcha.take a big plate take salt,maida, now add the yoghurt,oil, ajwaien,soda,sugar and baking powder add the water and make a dough and rest it for 1/2 an hour

Take boiled potato add salt smash the potato add red chilli powder,kasuri methi coriander mix it well make balls of potato

Now take a small ball from maida dough stuff a potato ball and make a kulcha on the rolling board stik kalonji and coriander leaves and roast the kulcha on butter form both sides on the pan
