Ingredients

4 cups
  • 1medium watermelon
  • Honey to taste (optional)
  • Juice of one lime (optional)

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    Cut watermelon in half and scoop out chunks to separate from outer skin and rind

  2. 2

    Process watermelon chunks with a juicer or blender. Juice can be enjoyed pulpy or smoothened by pouring through a fine mesh strainer

  3. 3

    For extra flavor, sweeten with honey and squeeze lime juice into the watermelon juice, adjusting according to taste. Stir to incorporate

  4. 4

    Serve with ice or refrigerated. Enjoy 😉
