First of all sift all the flour. Clean and chop both green leafy vegetables and wash them. Add all the ingredients (mention above)to the flour and make a medium dough with water. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Now make lemon size ball from dough and roll thepla.Shallo fry them with oil on both sides on a medium flame.

Then delicious and healthy,calcium rich fenugreek, spinach mixed flour thapla are ready. It can be taken for breakfast, dinner or on a trip.
