Grind sugar into fine powder

Dry roast Pasi Paruppu (Moong dal)
Roast it on a medium-low heat continuously until it turn Golden brown

Then grind into fine power,

Melt the ghee and fry the cashews, raisins and keep aside

Take a bowl, add Pasi Paruppu Powder (MOONG DAL), sugar powder, fried cashews & Raisins, cardamom powder

Melt ghee in a small kadai or pan and Add Melted Ghee

Mix well to form small round balls with the palms of your hand....
Finally Pasi Paruppu Ladoo Ready...
