3large eggs
1 teaspoonlight soy sauce
2 teaspoonscooking sake
2 teaspoonsmirin
2 tablespoonswater
1 teaspoonhoney
1 tablespoonplus 1 teaspoon sugar

Remove the chalazae from the eggs and beat well until no egg whites remain.

Add all the seasonings and mix until smooth.

Using a tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) pan, cook the mixture in 5 batches over medium heat. Roll each layer as you go. Your sweet tamagoyaki is ready!
