Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

Squeeze lemon juice in potatoes.

Add all the spices and green chillies in potatoes.

Mix all well.

Make small size balls of potatoes.

Mix together eggs and both the flours and make a batter of medium consistency.

Heat oil in a wok.

Dip balls in batter.

Deep fry till light golden.

Serve with ketchup.
