The super healthy and protien rich egg paratha is prepared with egg and whole wheat flour li is a delicious and super soft breakfast, I prepared it to liquid dough that save time and easy to cook.
Steps

Arrange all ingredients at one place.
In a mixing bowl add flour,salt mix it. Now add all finely chopped veggies. - 2
Add turmeric powder, Chilli powder and salt, add milk and mix them well.

Add 2 eggs in this mixture and mix well. make a semi thick batter for paratha. if needed add little water. Cover and keep aside for ten minutes

Take another bowl break 2 eggs in it add black pepper powder, little salt and some coriander leaves. Whisk it well.
Take a tawa or pan spread little amount of oil and heat it. Pour 2 ladle full flour egg batter on the tawa. - 5
Spread evenly the batter and cook on medium flame for a minute when it cook downwards flip it. Pour some amount of egg over the cook sides of paratha. Add little amount of all side.

Spread the egg on the whole paratha cook for 40 -45 seconds and flip it.cook for a minute on other side of the paratha.

Prepared all paratha and served with sauce and mayonnaise.
