  • 2Red Chili
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • For Tempering
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • 3-4 tablespoonMustard seeds & urad dal (split skinned black lentils)
  • 5-7Curry leaves

    Heat the oil in thick bottom pan.

    Now, add mustard seeds, urad dal (split skinned black lentils)
