Heat Oil In A Pan

Add Chopped Ginger & Green Chilies To Pan & Saute It For A Minute

Add Chopped Onions & Saute For 2-3 Minutes On High Flame

Then Add Chopped Capsicum & Carrot In The Pan & Cook For 3-4 Minutes On High Flame

Mash Boiled Potatoes Completely

Add Sauted Veggies In The Boiled Potatoes

Add Black Pepper Powder, Jeera Powder, Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder & Salt In It

Add Chopped Coriander & Mix It Well

Then Add Soaked Poha & Mix Them All Together

Shape Them In The Shape Of Tikki & Refrigerate Them For 20 Minutes Before Frying

Add Corn Flour, Refined Flour, Pinch Of Salt & Black Pepper Powder In A Bowl

Gradually Add Water & Make A Slurry

Dip The Prepared Tikki In Slurry First & Then Coat With Bread Crumbs

Fry Them On Golden Brown Colour On Medium Flame

Heat Some Butter On A Pan & Cook It From Both Side For Light Golden Brown Colour

Now Spread Some Tandoori Mayonnaise On Bun & Place Some Lettuce Leaves Followed By The Fried Tikki On It

Spread Some More Tandoori Mayonnaise On It & Place Some Sliced Cucumber On It. You Can Add Cheese Slice If You Want

Spread Some Mint Mayonnaise On Second Piece Of Bun & Place It Over And Enjoy 😊
