Take white peas and soaked it in water for 5/6 hours. After that cooked in the cooker add 1/2 teaspoon of salt in it.

Green chatani..take,coriander leaves, mint leaves, 2 green chilies,1/2 teaspoon ginger,1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds,1/4 teaspoon salt and grind in mixer add 4 tablespoon water.

Red chatani.Tamarind,red chilli powder, Jaggery,1/2 cumin seeds powder, salt, 2/3 tablespoon water and grind in mixer.Take pan add 1 teaspoon oil in it add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and then add red chatani in it and boil it.

Take Dates and soaked in hot water then take out seeds and grind in mixer.

Boil potatoes and after cooled smashed it add 1/2 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder in it.Make small tikkis like below. And shallow fry it greesing oil on it.2 tablespoon oil is enough for this.

In pan add 1 tablespoon oil after heated add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, curry leaves, 2 green cut chilies, a,and termaric powder and then add boiled white peas in it add water and boil it well for 10 minutes.

Like below take 3 chatani and cut onion, coriander leaves, shev,cumin powder for serving

Take 2 patice add 1/2 cup white peas ragada in it,then add 1/2 teaspoon red chatani,1/2 teaspoon green chatani,1 teaspoon dates chatani,add shev and then cut onion, coriander leaves.Served it.
