  • 1onion
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • Water as required
  • Pinch baking soda
  • 1 tsp haldi powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • 3/4 green chilli
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 tsp green Chutney
  • 4 tsp tamarind Chutney
  • 1/2 cup sev

    Take white matar an soak it for 5/6 hours

    Take cooker add soaked white matar, salt, baking soda an keep for 3/4 whitles
