Sift the flour together with the salt in a bowl,add the lemon zest and mix

In a separate bowl,mix the margarine and sugar.

Mix the sugar and margarine until it becomes a smooth paste.Add the eggs one at a time while mixing

Put the dry mixture into the wet ones in batches while folding the batter not mixing.

Pour the lemon juice and the milk in the batter and finish up with the final batch of the dry ingredients

Put the batter in a greased and dusted baking pan and bake at 165°C for 45 minutes
- 8
Use a pick,skewer or a knife to check if the cake is ready.
