Whisk together all flours, and ginger, garlic, green chilies together in a big bowl. Add curd whisk. Add the grated gourd, cucumber, kale, onion, shredded potato and coriander leaves. It may take 5-6 minutes to make a nashta/pancake. Cooking time depends on the stove and the size of the Nashta. You can make approximately 10 pancakes. - 6
Transfer the nashta to a serving plate. It is soft and spongy. Flavorful, aromatic, nutritious pancakes are ready for your eating pleasure. Serve with chutney, pickles. I served with dahi chutney and ridge gourd tamarind chutney..
