Ingredient used: Vermicelli (Seviya)
Steps

Heat the ghee in a pan.

Once the ghee is hot, add the vermicelli(seviya) and roast it till golden brown in colour

Now add the milk in the pan and let it come to a boil.

Now add the sugar and let it simmer for 20 minutes
- 5
Once the payasam thickens remove from the stove
- 6
Finally garnish with broken cashew, cool down and serve.
