Ingredients

10 minutes

4 servings

20raw shrimp or prawns
3limes, sliced thinly
5 clovesgarlic, crushed
1 tablespoonolive oil
salt (I use sea salt) and pepper
chili flakes

Sprinkle the bottom of a baking dish with lime slices, then sprinkle with crushed garlic.

Lay the shrimp flat on top.

Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with chili flakes and olive oil to taste.

Bake in the oven on grill mode for 5 minutes.

Turn the shrimp over and grill again for another 5 minutes.
