Assemble all the ingredients asafoetida, cobra, besan, curd

Mix besan and curd together added with green chilli paste salt and turmeric powder

Churn it with churner and make a fine paste added with one cup water

Switch on the flame and pour this batter and stir it continuously

When it's consistency get thick switch off the flame

Immediately this paste apply on plateform or downside thali or plate

Let it cool then cut it with knife or Pizza cutter

Roll these all khandvi put it in the plate

Now prepare tadka, heat oil and crackle mustard seed added till, with hing and curry patta

Pour this tadka on prepared khandvi

Sprinkle some copra kees

And here's khandvi is ready
