Ingredients

20 minutes
4 people
  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cup. Curd
  3. Half teaspoon asafoetida
  4. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  5. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 2 tablespooncopra kees (dry coconut)
  8. 2 tablespoonoil for tadka
  9. Half teaspoon mustard seed
  10. 1 tea spoontill
  11. 10curry leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Assemble all the ingredients asafoetida, cobra, besan, curd

    Mix besan and curd together added with green chilli paste salt and turmeric powder

    Churn it with churner and make a fine paste added with one cup water

  4. 4

    Switch on the flame and pour this batter and stir it continuously

    When it's consistency get thick switch off the flame

    Immediately this paste apply on plateform or downside thali or plate

    Let it cool then cut it with knife or Pizza cutter

  8. 8

    Roll these all khandvi put it in the plate

  9. 9

    Now prepare tadka, heat oil and crackle mustard seed added till, with hing and curry patta

  10. 10

    Pour this tadka on prepared khandvi

  11. 11

    Sprinkle some copra kees

  12. 12

    And here's khandvi is ready
