Wash dal & boil.

Take a pan add oil & ghee add mustard seeds, urad daal and chana daal add chopped onion, tomato and chopped lauki. Stir fry.

Add this mixture into daal. In anthor pan take oil and add mustard seeds add curry leaves and Sambhar masala in it. Add this tadka to daal and mix well.

Add lemon juice and mix it. Boil for 7 - 10 minutes.
