You can have it with lunch,dinner, breakfast or any time in a day .

Steps

Boil potato and mash it.
Boil the fresh peas and crush the chillies and ginger..
Keep everything ready. - 2
Add oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and red chilli powder.
Then add crushed chilli ginger and saute.
Now add boiled peas and mash potato.
Add salt, chilli powder,fresh coriander and lemon juice.
Mix well and make smooth stuffing
Switch off the flame.
When stuffing gets cool,make an Equal size ball. - 3
For the dough..
Add flour in the bowl,add oil,salt,chilli flakes.
Mix well and make a semi soft dough using required water.
Give it rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, knead again and make the Equal size portion. Cover them. - 4
Now take one portion of the dough and Roll it
Cut into half,
Take one half make a triangle shape, fill the potato Stuffing ball and seal the triangle.
Make all. - 5
Heat the oil.
Now reduce the heat and add all the samosa and fry on slow flame until it gets a nice golden colour and becomes crispy.
Remove on the kitchen paper.
Fry all the samosa. - 6
Serving Time..
Arrange the samosa in the plate with the Lemon wedges.
Enjoy.
Note: also can serve with tea,coffee or soft drinks.
